The 75th edition of the Santosh Trophy is scheduled to start on November 24.

While Goa is placed in Group A of the Western Division Qualifiers with Gujarat, Daman-Diu, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, the Group B of West Division includes Rajasthan, Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh.

Group A matches will be played at Bhavnagar, while Group B matches will be played at Jaipur.

The winning team from each group will play in the main round of the national tournament in Kerala.

Goa's first match will be against Daman-Diu on November 24. Later, Goa will play Dadra and Nagar Haveli on November 26 and Gujarat on November 28.

The last two editions of the Santosh Trophy here hindered by the Covid-19 Pandemic. The main round of the 2019-20 season was called off followed by the cancellation of the entire 2020-21 season.

Goa has reached the finals of the Santosh Trophy 13 times, winning the title five times. The last time Goa won the tournament was in the 2008-09 season. In the 2018-19 season, Services lifted the trophy defeating Punjab where Goa lost in the semi-finals.
