More than 2,000 participants have registered for the latest edition of the Goa Tourism Nuron Rotary Rain Run, which is scheduled to kick-off in North Goa on July 30.

Organised by the Rotary Charitable Trust of Porvorim, the charitable run is assisted by army and naval personnel.

While the army plays a crucial role in logistics, providing volunteers and overseeing the setup of essential facilities such as tents at all hydration points, a breakfast counter and a medical room, the Indian Navy's contribution involves providing volunteers to support the event.
