Chelsea recalled Nathan Ake from the Cherries this week after an impressive spell on the south coast.
And Eddie Howe responded by launching a bid for Terry.
But the Chelsea captain is keen to stay at Stamford Bridge and fight for his place in Conte’s side.
Galatasaray have denied they have received an approach for Simon Kjaer.
Chelsea were said to have been considering Kjaer as an option to improve their defence.
But the Turkish side hit out saying he was staying put.
The statement on the Fenerbahce website said: "A number of recent reports have falsely claimed that Chelsea have made an offer for our Danish player Simon Kjaer.
"Fenerbahce have not received any offers whatsoever for Kjaer and any claims suggesting a transfer could take place are wrong.
"Kjaer is a happy and successful member of our team.
"We would like to ask our fans to disregard such lies and manipulative reports that aim to disrupt our team.”
