Colva police arrest youth for selling Ganja at Zalor beach
Police identified the arrested person as Ganesh Gangadhar Dasur, 21, of Haveri in Karnataka.
Colva police on Monday night nabbed a youth who was peddling ganja at Zalor beach. Police seized 1.9 kg of ganja from him worth Rs 1.32 lakhs.
Officers said that they laid a trap to catch the accused and upon checking, found the ganja packed in small sachets from him.
The accused had regular customers but also distributed ganja to other youth.
Police identified the arrested person as Ganesh Gangadhar Dasur, 21, of Haveri in Karnataka.
Police produced him a court on Tuesday and remanded him in police custody for two days.
