Manohar International Airport (MIA), Mopa has announced the commencement of direct flights to Muscat, Oman’s port capital.
The inaugural Oman Air flight to Muscat International Airport from Mopa is scheduled to take off on Sunday, October 29, 2023. The first flight from Muscat will touch down at Manohar International Airport (MIA) at 07:10am and take off from the airport at 10:10 am for Muscat.
This service is poised to operate four times a week, on Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday through October and November 2023, while in December 2023, Oman Air plans to enhance this connectivity by increasing the number of flights to six per week.
RV Sheshan, CEO of GMR Goa International Airport Ltd (GGIAL), a subsidiary of GMR Airports Infrastructure Ltd (GIL), that operates the Mopa airport, said, “Our excitement knows no bounds as we add another feather to our cap by introducing Oman as a destination in our ever-expanding international network.
