Drishti Lifeguard Staff rescues six fishermen in Goa

The boat was capsized a hundred meters from the shore due to the sudden surge of waves from the sea.

Drishti Lifeguard Staff has rescued six fishermen near Baga-Calangute after their boat was capsized on Wednesday. 

The boat of the local fishermen, who had gone out to sea for fishing, capsized a hundred meters from the shore due to the sudden surge of waves from the sea. 

Mangesh Gavas, the supervisor of Drishti, a life-saving organization, reached the sea with the help of jet skis and brought all the six fishermen to safety. Alongside Gavas, comrades Babaji Naik, Prathamesh Mahale and Kiran Pawar were key parts of this recuse.
