Dr Francisco Luis Gomes District Library Navelim, Margao, has organised a special talk "Pursuits of Excellence" for its readers and the general public from South Goa on February 22, 2023.
The talk will be delivered by the eminent educationalist and national secretary of Vidhya Bharati Dilip Betkekar in the lecture hall of the library at Navelim. Curator of Goa State Central Library Dr Sushant Tandel is going to preside over the function.
The talk will begin at 4 pm. All readers and the general public, specifically from South Goa, are requested to attend this talk in large numbers.
