The 26th edition of National Convention on Knowledge, Library and Information Networking (NACLIN) will be hosted by Goa University in collaboration with Developing Library Network, New Delhi (DELNET), from Nov 22, 2023 to Nov 24, 2023 at Goa University, Taleigao, Goa.
This year, the focus of the convention will be on providing new visions to libraries with the theme ‘Reinventing and Revitalising Libraries: From Striving to Thriving’.
The inaugural ceremony which will be done at the hands of Goa Governor, PS Sreedharan Pillai will be followed by tutorials on topics such as ‘Developing Toolkit for Cyber Security - Management’ and ‘Preparedness and Content Management System - Wordpress’.
Throughout the three-day conference, various themes and topics will be presented and discussed, such as ‘Enabling Technologies and Trends’, ‘Knowledge Resource and Services’, ‘Engaging Users’, ‘People’s Library/Public Library’, ‘School Libraries’, ‘Cyber Security’, ‘Collaborations’ and ‘Human Resource Development in Libraries’.
Around 500 delegates both national and international are expected to be part of NACLIN 2023.
This convention is open to all librarians, library staff, faculty from library and information systems, knowledge seekers, leaders in the knowledge industry, government officials, content management experts, IT companies and others.
Participants from allied fields will require prior registration. On-the-spot registrations will also be available at the venue.
