CAMPAL HERITAGE WALK
Unlike other areas of Panjim, the Campal heritage area is unique in many ways. Campal lies along the river Mandovi and is occupied by a population with a higher economic group. The streets have a grid pattern and there are only residential houses. Every house is different and is accessible via well-tarred roads and has parking space, while the compound walls have ornamental carvings, done using a distinct technology.
The walking tour includes a garden (Jardin de Francisco Luis Gomes), a local drink and interactions with residents of the area.

OLD GOA HERITAGE WALK
History buffs will love this heritage walk around Velha Goa (Old Goa), the former capital city of the Portuguese colonial empire.
Time was when Old Goa was a thriving city even prior to the arrival of the Portuguese. Abandoned after the outbreak of a deadly epidemic in the mid-18th century, this precinct is the last standing relic of a long lost past. The area houses some of the oldest churches and monuments in the state, and has been designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Among these are the Basilica of Bom Jesus (which houses the remains of St. Francis Xavier), the imposing Sé Cathedral, the Church of St Francis of Assisi, the Chapel of St Catherine and the domed church of St Cajetan.
