One of the best ways to explore a place is through its cuisine and Double Tree by Hilton is extending an invitation to all to step into a world of culinary splendour at their ‘Royal Maharashtrian Festival’.

Curated to transport you to the grandeur of Maharashtra at their inhouse restaurant, Comida, the doors will be open from 7.30 pm to 10.30 pm from March 1 to 10, 2024.

Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with the traditional aarti tika welcome. Feel the warmth of tradition as the fragrant incense fills the air and the gentle touch of the tikka adorns your forehead.

Making your way through the entrance, prepare to be greeted by a gallant warrior who will bow in reverence and bring forth the courtly customs of ancient royalty.

Amidst the regal opulence, discover the centrepiece of the evening which is the Majestic Maharaja chair.

Crafted with intricate details and adorned with lavish embellishments, this throne serves as a photo prop and will give guests the opportunity to capture memories of royalty as they pose for photographs.

Experience the flavours of the Maratha Empire that will be crafted by Chef Aakash from Conrad Pune with recipes from the Royal Family, alongside the culinary expertise of Chef Bhushan from the Hilton Group.

Keeping things refreshing, the cocktail menu is inspired by the intricate patterns and rich hues of classic Maharashtrian textiles such as Painthani, Khun and Solapuri Chadar.
