Goenchem Fest 2022
The Goan Culinary Club, along with the Hilton Goa Resort, is organizing ‘Goenchem Fest 2022’ on May 21, 2022 at the Hilton Goa Resort, Candolim.
This event is an opportunity to indulge in the lost recipes of Goa, including Fofos de Peixe (fish fritters), Porco Alejanto (pork and clams), Bolo Sans Rival, Beef Croquettes, Pineapple Sansav, Dedos de Dama, Bibe, Tarlyache Amotik and more, cooked by Goan home chefs and culinary experts from the Goan Culinary Club.
There will be live traditional Goan music, cultural performances such as fado and traditional beverage counters, featuring urrack and feni-inspired cocktails, in addition to Goan-inspired gourmet such as Kokum-Infused Macarons, Xacuti Mushroom Spring Roll etc.
