Dutch saxophonist Ben Van Dungen and his quartet will star in Goa Jazz Academy’s ‘International Jazz Day’ event on Saturday, April 29, 2023, to be held at the iconic Aguada port and jail between 6 pm and 10 pm.
The Goa Jazz Academy, which has been bestowed with a special status by the UNESCO to host the ‘International Jazz Day’ in India, will showcase the finest local and international artistes in an evening dedicated to celebrating the transformative power of jazz music.
The evening will see performances by Dutch saxophonist Ben Van Dungen and his quartet, the Goa Jazz Academy faculty and students and Indian jazz guitarist Karan Khosla and his quartet.
