1) SELAULIM DAM

This is the biggest dam in Goa and is a must-visit in the monsoon because the lush green surroundings and the hills around give visitors a peek into Goa's natural beauty.

2) CHAPOLI DAM

Located just 4 km from the famous Palolem beach, this dam in Canacona taluka is frequented by few visitors. The rolling hills and peaceful surroundings will beckon you to return to the place.

3) GAUNEM DAM

This dam too is located in Canacona taluka's Cotigao Wildlife Sanctuary. The USP of the dam is the road leading to it. The journey to the dam via this road makes it memorable.

4) QUEPEM DAM

Situated in the town of Quepem, this is also another lesser-known dam. It is also patronised during the summers when the water levels recede allowing people to refresh in its cool waters.
