Aarti Singh, founder of Polka Art Gallery, Delhi, inaugurated her 2nd exhibition in Goa -- Rhapsody in Red -- at the Grand Hyatt in Bambolim.
Arti, who is an art collector and connoisseur, is showcasing works of several artists at this exhibition, which will go on till May 11, 2023.
