The best sunset points in Panjim and around

If you're planning to visit Panjim city, don't forget to stop by these sunset points in the vicinity, from where you'll get some memorable pictures of your Goa visit.

1. SIRIDAO BEACH

The famous Siridao beach, known for its rock formations, is a haven for photographers looking to catch some gorgeous sunset shots. The coconut trees and the rocks make for some picture-perfect frames.

2. OLD GOA

Located in Old Goa, the Chapel of Our Lady of the Mount is located atop a small hill, from where one can see some of the majestic churches silhouetted against the setting sun.

3. DONA PAULA

Stand at the Dona Paula view point, from where you can see the famous Dona Paula jetty. The gently crashing waves down below, along with the reflection of the setting sun are not to be missed.

4. RIBANDAR

From the Ribandar jetty, catch this small stretch, near the Ribandar-Chorao ferry point, which could easily be mistaken for a life-size painting at dusk.

5. BAMBOLIM

Bambolim beach is located a short distance from Siridao beach, and from where you'll be able to get some spectacular glimpses of the setting sun. And, it is barely crowded, to boot.

6. CAMPAL

In Panjim's Campal, the newly built cycling and walking track offers people some panoramic views of the river Mandovi while the sun is setting down in the distance.
