On August 30 and 31, Malhar & The Sea brought together India's well-known musical maestros under one roof at a starred hotel in South Goa to produce melodies that connected with the soul.

AT THEIR FINEST

The 13 stalwarts from the classical music industry, who performed at the starred hotel in Arossim, were at their finest belting out soulful serenades that touched the hearts of those present.

STAR-STUDDED

The line-up featured artists such as Ustad Amjad Ali Khan, Kaushiki Chakraborty, Shujaat Husain Khan, Rakesh Chaurasia, Shivam Bhardwaj and others.

WHEN MUSIC MET ART

Even as the the tunes played, India's celebrated painter Paresh Maity went on to produce a work of art, which was auctioned and the proceeds were donated to the National Association for the Blind in Goa.

A GOAN STAR

Fadista Nadia Rebelo and her troupe added a whole new perspective to the festival with some Portuguese Fados and Konkani songs, showcasing Goa's unique musical offering.

The expressions on the faces of the around 300 guests at the event reflected their contentment.
