Priced at Rs 999, the Nawabi Thaal consists of Biryani, a chicken leg piece, kebabs, raita, dessert and Mohabbat ka Sharbat - all of which is sure to make you fall in love.

Besides this, the menu also offers the Awadh Thaal and Maharaja Thaal which is available in mutton, chicken and vegetarian options.

CHEF SAYS

Curated by head chef and partner at Miri, Tristan Lopes, he says, "I'm not much of a biryani person so I decided to create something that suits my palate a little better."

And just like Tristan likes it, the smoked biryani platter promises a mouth-watering masaledaar meal which is packed with flavour.

PERFECT ENDING

Keep an eye out for the dessert which can be described as a deconstructed Shahi Tukra and is made up of Rabdi, strawberry compote and bread toasted and dipped in sugar syrup.

"A biryani of this sort is something new that is being launched not only in terms of the restaurant but also in terms of a variation of a biryani," adds the 29-year-old chef, Tristan.
