Every year, the feast of St Anthony of Padua is celebrated on June 13. But, the village of Siolim celebrates the feast of the patron saint of the parish church on the Sunday following June 13.

This year, the feast of was celebrated on Sunday, June 18, 2023 with traditional fervour at St Anthony's Church in Siolim.

The statue of St Anthony in Siolim is unique in that it is the only one in the whole world where the saint is seen holding a snake.
