A festive atmosphere prevailed at V M Salgaocar Institute of International Hospitality Education at Raia in South Goa when 28 of its Second Year BSc Culinary Arts students worked tirelessly to organise an international food festival.

ART & FOOD

The African stall captivated visitors with its vibrant tribal art, costumes, and cuisine, while Central and South American stalls showcased the rich diversity and cultural heritage of their respective countries.
