Various progammes were held across the state to mark the ninth International Yoga Day in Goa.

GOA CHIEF MINISTER LEADS THE WAY

Goa Chief Minister, Pramod Sawant, was seen adhering to the Prime Minister's guidelines of the Yoga Day theme of ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’, which means ‘One Earth, One Family’.

HEALTH COMES FIRST

Health Minister, Vishwajit Rane, took part in a Yoga Day event in his constituency in Valpoi.

The programme at Valpoi was attended by a large group of people.

Union Minister for Tourism, G Kishan Reddy, who was in Goa as part of the G20 Tourism working group meet, also performed the yoga asanas.

Goa Tourism Minister, Rohan Khaunte, participated in a yoga event at Fort Aguada, Candolim.

All over Goa, students were up early and enthusiastically attended yoga sessions in their schools.
