Here's how Goa welcomed its first int'l guests of the season

Goa's tourism season rolled off on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, with its first 400 international guests who arrived in two charter flights from Russia.

And, as the Russian tourists set foot on Goan soil, they were accorded a warm floral welcome.

The energy of the morning was so infectious that the pilot of the first flight got grooving with a song even as his crew cheered on.

The international guests had a first glimpse of culture with local dancers in colourful costumes showcasing the rich traditional heritage of Goa.

BOUNDLESS ENERGY

The tourists showed no signs of tiredness from the long flight; instead, their faces radiated pure excitement to experience Goa.
