Sindur Khela literally translates to 'vermillion game', and is a Bengali Hindu tradition where women smear each other with sindur.
Sindur Khela takes place on the last day of Durga Puja and is largely celebrated by married women.
Sindur Khela is the final ritual that is carried out before the immersion of Goddess Durga. It marks the farewell and culmination of Durga Puja celebrations.
And, this is how the Bengali Cultural Association, in Goa, celebrated the 42nd Durga Puja festival.
Women were seen happily worshipping the Goddess Durga during Sindur Khela.
