2. UNSAFE FOR WOMEN

While it's essential to exercise caution in any tourist destination, Goa is generally considered safe for solo female travellers and those coming in groups.

3. ONLY BEACHES

There is much more to Goa! While beaches are significant attractions, one can see colonial architecture, ancient temples, churches, and forts.

4. EXPENSIVE DESTINATION

While Goa can be expensive in the peak seasons, it's possible to find affordable accommodations, food, and activities. There are many budget-friendly options available, especially for backpackers.

5. ONLY NIGHTLIFE, PARTIES

Not at all true. While Goa is known for its nightlife, it also offers opportunities for relaxation, adventure, and cultural exploration. There are many nature reserves, and heritage sites to explore.
