Feast your palate on Spanish cuisine, with a Goan touch, at Barrafina, in North Goa.
Barrafina is a newly-opened bar and restaurant, nestled in Bamon waddo, Siolim.
The restaurant specialises in a delectable fusion of Spanish and Goan cuisine.
All the house cocktails have unique names, derived from people or events connected with the owners.
Some of the innovative cocktails here are Bernadette (named after Lloyd's mother), while Don Julia is named after Savio’s mum.
Must try: Patas Bravas, Gambas al Ajillo & Beef Barrafina (chef's special).
The beautiful blend of Spanish and Goan flavours is nothing short of enticing.
Barrafina's heavenly Spanish desserts are all prepared in-house by Stacy, who has a Diplôme de Pâtisser from Le Cordon Blue, in Paris.
