Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant declared the fest open in the presence of Union Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment Ramdas Athawale, who was the guest of honour, at the D B Grounds in Campal, Panjim.

CREATIVE SHOWCASE
The exhibits at the festival offer a captivating showcase of science and arts, as well as products crafted by individuals and disabled persons.
Many who attended the fest on the first day joined the creative sessions and showcased their artistic skills.

PLAY & LEARN ARENA
Dedicated to both recreation and education, the Kala Academy offered a variety of games. And, kids were seen enjoying themselves while the volunteers present assisted those with disabilities.
Several sporting events including wheelchair cricket, unified beach volleyball, chess championship for the visually impaired have been scheduled during the days of the festival.
