Youth arrested with drugs in Chapora

Anjuna Police on Sunday, January 23, arrested a youth on charge of possession of psychotropic drugs in Chapora, allegedly meant to be peddled among youngsters.

Police recovered 0.60 grams of MDMA, a value of approximately Rs 18,000, 0.98 grams worth Rs 15000, and Ecstasy worth Rs 15,000 and other various types of narcotics worth Rs 48,000 from the accused.

According to the police, the accused has been taken into custody and further investigation is on.
