MLA Vijay Sardesai feels Goa government should prioritize and promote adventure sports

The duo of Ibrahim Firaj Sheikh andImran Garg attained the pole position in the race.

Goa has a conducive environment for adventure sports, the government should give priority and encourage such sports.  He believes that enthusiasts of adventure sports should come to Goa, said Goa Forward Party president Vijay Sardesai on Friday.

Sardesai was speaking at the felicitation ceremony of the team championship in the RFC Challenge by the Offroad Trail Club in Quepem.

He feels that the government isn't aware of these sports.  Sardesai also criticized the government for not knowing the importance of adventure sports. 

This year, the RFC India 2021 was held in Quepem, Goa from August 28 to September 4.

The duo of Ibrahim and Imran were also awarded for attaining pole position in the race.
