Ahead of the 2022 Goa Assembly elections, Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday, December 21, addressed a rally at Campal ground in Panaji.
Taking a dig at Congress, Kejriwal said that people have elected 17 Congress MLAs five years back. "Fifteen are sold, only two are remaining, they are last stock. Those who want to take the last stock can take it. This is the situation of Congress."
Appealing to the people to vote for AAP, the Delhi Chief Minister said that AAP will provide clean and honest politics. "Goa is the first-class state with a third-class politician. People are here good but politicians are worst. Goa deserves better politicians," said Kejriwal

Kejriwal promised the people of Goa to provide a free electricity supply and waive off all pending domestic power bills if AAP comes to power. In his address, he put forth five guaranteed works that AAP will fulfil if the people decide to vote them to power.
Referring to his governance in Delhi where his government happens to provide 200 units of free electricity to every family, he said that the same model will be implemented in Goa if his party comes to power.

Kejriwal said that BJP is not able to resume the mining industry as "their intentions are not proper".
"It has been 10 years since mining has been stopped. BJP has been ruling Goa for 10 years. Still BJP is not able to start mining for 10 years. If they can't restart the mining in the last 10 years, they can start in the next 5 years. They can't do it," Kejriwal said.
The AAP chief said that a free pilgrimage scheme like in Delhi will be introduced if voted to power.
CM Kejriwal further urged the people who have given chances to both BJP and Congress, to vote his party to power.
