World Trade Center (WTC), Goa, is organising ‘Farm Visit for Entrepreneurial Development and Export Promotion’ on September 30, 2023

World Trade Center (WTC), Goa, in association with M Visvesvaraya Industrial Research and Development Centre (MVIRDC), is organising ‘Farm Visit for Entrepreneurial Development and Export Promotion’ on September 30, 2023.

Participants will get the opportunity to visit Don Bosco Farm, Sulcorna, Quepem, where experts in the field will share valuable insights about palm, cashew, arecanut and sugarcane cultivation as well as elaborate on the commercial potential of these crops.

Lunch will also be served at the venue.

There are no fees for the event. However, registration is compulsory, and can be done by visiting the WTC office in Panjim or by contacting +91 99679 68213.

Don Bosco Farm is located approx 20 km from Quepem, South Goa, and is run by the Salesians. On the farm, there are sugarcane, cashew, papaya, banana, coconut, pineapple and vegetable plantations in addition to a dairy and piggery.
