Restaurants are always buzzing in every corner of Goa. Some local, others bigger; some cosy and others brighter, but all equally adding to the charm of Goa.

Here are a few tried, tested and locally recommended restaurants in Goa that check drinks, dinner and dessert off the list and spares you the most dreaded question, “Where do we eat today?”

DRINKS AT

After a long week in the courtroom, Rajdeep Prabhugaonker, a 29-year-old lawyer, often kicks off his weekend at Miguel’s, a cocktail bar in Panjim.

"I like to start my night at Miguel’s with a glass of Jose Armada," he shares.

Besides Miguel’s, Rajdeep is often spotted at MTW, a cool joint that functions as an office space by day and a cocktail bar by night.

“My go-to spot for drinks on weekdays after work is MTW, and my go-to drink is 'Out of Office,' which is quite aptly named,” he laughs.

DINNER AT

Hidden from the usual online hype but loved by locals, Eurasia in Panjim is a culinary haven known for its great food at reasonable prices.

“I’ve been going to Eurasia for as long as I can remember,” says Conan Jorge, a regular visitor.

Conan’s regular order? Chicken Pakoda, Chicken Steak, and Chicken Bhojpuri.

Used to familiar faces, Eurasia is the kind of place where the waiter knows your order even before you sit down!

DESSERT AT

Based in Dubai, the most recent trip back home to Goa took Crystal Afonso to Breaking Bread with Aaron, a bakery and patisserie in Sangolda.

"It's my current favorite for desserts. Have you tried their banana cream eclairs and lemon tart?" she asks, drooling

Located in Sangolda, Breaking Bread with Aaron offers a variety of dessert options like tarts, cinnamon and chocolate donuts and cake.

But if Sangolda is a kilometer too far, other dessert options, as suggested by Rajdeep, range from Nanbai bakery in Miramar to Padaria Prazeres in Caranzalem.
