The monsoons are considered the off-season for tourism in Goa. But, close to nothing stops the tourists from pouring in, not even the downpour of the Goan monsoons!  

Since the rains don’t stop the tourists from enjoying Goa’s beaches, here is a thoughtfully crafted list of a few restaurants and shacks that open their doors to guests even during the monsoons.
